Friday – Sunday and Holidays April 1st to November 14th with a maximum capacity of 200 guests.

  • $6,000 plus refundable security deposit.

    Included:

    · Full use of the facility for 10 consecutive hours between 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

    · Additional hours may be purchased for $200 per hour.

    · One-hour rehearsal, (if applicable), booked at least 30 days prior to event.

    · String lighting over garden.

    · Outdoor furnishings, including set up and tear down.

    · Bar and arbor.

    · Large parking lot for guest parking.

    · Small parking area may be used for barbecue, taco cart, mobile kitchen, event tent or food trucks.

    · Use of a warming kitchen and a commercial refrigerator.

    · Designated area for the bar.

    · Permissions granted to the client:

    o Vendors of their choice including caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, officiant, etc.

    o May bring their own liquor. No bartender is required, but additional requirements apply.
